To prevent gas explosion accidents, the following work should be done: handle the gas system to ensure smooth steam flow in the system; Strictly prevent water leakage into the furnace. Before shutting down the furnace, cut off the water supply to the damaged cooling equipment and replace the damaged slag outlet; Using water to control the temperature of the furnace top between 400 ℃ and 500 ℃; During the shutdown process, it is necessary to ensure that the furnace condition is normal and it is strictly prohibited to shut down the air; The large water nozzle must be located under the big clock. When installed on the clock, it is strictly prohibited to turn on or off the clock.
